About ISO 31000 Internal Auditor Training
The ISO 31000 Internal Auditor Training course helps candidates apply ISO 31000 risk-management principles and conduct risk-based internal (first-party) audits within their own organisation, in accordance with ISO 19011. It builds the auditing expertise needed to evaluate how an organisation manages risk.
Please note: ISO 31000 provides guidance on risk management — it is not a certifiable or auditable management-system standard, and organisations cannot be "certified to ISO 31000." This course develops risk-based internal-auditing skills and the application of ISO 31000 principles, not certification against ISO 31000. Delivered through EAS, IAS's sister organisation, it leads to a course-completion certificate.
