FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor Training is designed for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of the FSSC 22000 scheme and sharpen their auditing capabilities in food safety. Course Content

The curriculum combines the FSSC 22000 scheme requirements with the internal-audit discipline of ISO 19011:

• The three components of FSSC 22000 — ISO 22000 (the food safety management system), sector-specific prerequisite programmes (PRPs, e.g. the ISO/TS 22002 series), and the additional FSSC scheme requirements.
• HACCP principles and hazard analysis.
• The additional FSSC requirements — food fraud mitigation, food defense, allergen management, and environmental monitoring.
• Auditor roles and responsibilities, and audit planning, conducting, and reporting.
• Nonconformity identification and reporting.
• The internal audit process per ISO 19011 — planning, conducting, gathering evidence, reporting, and follow-up.
